Q1 Are you a factory or trading company?

Q2 How can I get a quotation quickly? 
A: We will send a quotation in 24 hours if we receive detailed information in working days. In order to quote you beforehand, please provide us the following information together with your requirements. 
1) Step 3D of file and 2D drawing. 
2) Material requirement. 
3) Surface treatment. 
4) Quantity (per Order/per Month/Year). 
5) Any special needs or requirements, such as packing, label, delivery, etc. 

Q3 What should we do if we receive defective products? 
A: If receive defective products, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC department and solve the problems as soon as possible. 

Q4 How to pack the molds and products? 
1). for molds, we will be coated with anti-rust oil first, and then will also be coated thin film on the molds, Finally packed
into fumigation wooden case.
2). and as for the products, we will pack into standard export cartons or according to customer's request for packing. 

Q5 Can you make customized products? 
A: Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to drawings or samples provided by customers. 

Q6 How will the goods be delivered to customers? 
A: Usually we ship by sea. We are relatively close to shanghai port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the

Q8 WHAT IS THE normal cooperation process you will have? 
A: 1. We need the drawings to quote. 
2. You accept the quotation and sign the contact, pay 50% of the mold cost in advance, we will start making the mold and make samples for approval. 
3. You approve the samples and pay the balance 50% of the mold cost. 
4. You send PO, pay us in advance, we arrange to produce and send to you. 
5. You pay the balance. 
6. Receive the products and feedback.
